A truly excellent guide and written in terms that people can understand the legal terminology. Great explanations of all the terms and excellent examples of how to fill out the necessary forms should PE start court action.

    Can't it be stickied?
  • Perhaps coupon could link it in the NEWBIE thread somewhere? -
Perhaps a fightback if court papers issued part?
  • Hi all,

I've had 100 downloads of the legal guide so far...but no reviews.

I realise it takes a while to get through it all, but I would be really grateful if a few of you who have read it could review it. Constructive criticism is as useful as fulsome praise - any problems can certainly be fixed for version 2. I think it's a shame you are charging for advice when people here offer it for free
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

That all depends on whats in the advice, PP has done a hell of a lot to highlight some of the issues with the private parking industry and a small fee to cover things in this case is probably justified.

There are thousands off people on MSE fora who offer free advice, on mortgages, motoring, money, etc., but it would be a wise man to take some of it.

I recently had a spat with a poster with over 6,000 posts on MSE and 20,000+ on CAG, (he is a very busy boy), who dispences advice at the drop of a hat, but time after time gets things wrong. I have reprimanded him twice publicly, and I am not the only one to have done so.

I would say the well researched stuff from PP Is well woth the price of a cup of skinny latte,
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

There's advice and there's advice. This is quite a different beast
