I managed to get a good result in m$s this morning using a GR coupon plus one of their own - we don't hve SS tills down here so I had to be a bit inventive in how I did it ! I got 2 of the 3 4 £10 meats/fish which came to just over £25 before the discounts - I chose a young male CS who seemed very chatty with everyone and I put the meats etc on the belt, then put my 2 coupons on the belt and then put a packet of biscuits a bit further back. After he scanned the meat etc I asked him to please check that my coupons worked before I decided if I wanted the biscuits. He did, they scanned and the 2 meat deals cost just £10. The biscuits were just over £1 and I also had a £6 gift card from when I moaned about one of their products - so a good result.

I thought that was a bit less obvious than asking him to scan the coupons before he pressed 'total'. Might be worth a try if you haven't got SS tills.

If anyone has Bold MOC from SSM:

    1 x Bold 2in1 Infusions Ruby Jasmine Liquidtabs - 11 W... £2.00 N/A
    1 x Bold 2in1 Crystal Rain & White Lily Liquitabs - 11... £2.00 N/A

N/A in Tesco/Sainsibobs/Waities, so safe to buy in a comparison shop (only these flavours!!)

Don't buy in a AvM shop as one of them is £4 there.

So £1 for 11 washes. I remembered Savvy mentioning a 10p/wash target price, so I knew I was onto something good :-)

I don't think the number 12 is relevant, I think the best result is just to do as msm tells you.

    Buy 10 for £2.50, apg = £4 v £3.53, so £0.82 return.

    £2.50 - £0.82 = £1.68 or 17p each.:T

    Nice spot Cj.:D:D

The relevant number would be 15 :)

    Buy 15 for £3.75 - no less than 5 or more than 10 of either - apg = £6 v £5, so £1.50 return.

    £3.75 - £1.50 = £2.25 or 15p each.

A quick question please... one of my stores has the hand held scanners in. Can you check prices/scan items and then cancel off items yourself if you change your mind? My only store with a scanner has taken it down :(

Yes you can, if you don't like the price you click remove, rescan the item and hey presto it's no longer included in your shopping. I have to say this is the best way of finding bargains, and not as much effort involved as trying to locate a scanner in your store which actually works!
Give it a try, you will be converted instantly;)

Evening all  Hope everyone is well, and thanks for the M7S link. Another hectic day at work, so glad to be home.
The Pandora ring I ordered in the sale (via Grabbit) arrived today - really delighted with it, only £13 :beer:
Just waiting for Waitrose order to arrive with my 'free' champagne.
Only ordered special offer items and their own-brand goods. The champagne will come in handy for my birthday next week :beer: (if I can make it last til then...)

Does anyone know anything about DIY laying laminate flooring?

I'd like to have some next to the front door, it's approx 1.3m squared. I have the laminate and underlay (was given), but we don't have a clue how to do it, and no tools for cutting etc.

I assume getting someone in to do it may be expensive.. has anyone any experience of this?

Recently I was shopping in Sada, and needed some pistachio nuts; couldn't find them anywhere, so went up to this SA, a young lad, and just said "Where's your nuts?" I didn't even have the decency to offer to buy him a drink first.:o
It was one of those times when the words had come out of my mouth before I'd realised what I'd said; fortunately, the SA didn't 'get' the double entendre.:)
Haha, I did exactly this a few years ago in T... DH was looking for tiger nuts for fishing (??) and we couldn't find any, so I said to this young-ish lad "Where do you keep your nuts?" I realised what I'd said straight away.. DH was laughing, and the poor lad didn't know where to look! :rotfl::rotfl:

Can anyone please tell me how to attach a photo taken on my iPad to an email or a report please ? I need to submit a photo with an MS report from Heathrow Airport and will have to use my iPad to do it. Any help would be much appreciated - I'm still feeling my way with the iPad.
