Ah okay, just checking - quite often people don't know they exist or don't use them because they don't think they're reliable etc, I've never had the wrong answer on one before, and they use them at my GP's! I have PCOS so I order them in bulk from eBay as I have a panic every month - can't get it into my silly head that I'm just always late now :D

    Good luck, fingers crossed.

I was told years ago I had 'polycystic appearence' but was never diagnosed with pcos, but still needed a shove (hence the clomid baby) so I know the cheapies are just as good as those over priced branded ones :)
With the 5:2 weightloss my system seems to have settled down so I'm just hoping this is a blip and I'm just running over for once.
Better get my bum out to the shops, back later :)

I 'm sure i read that out of date food has fewer calories ;)

No, out of date crisps and sweets don't have any calories at all - they vanish on the day the item went out of date :rotfl:

Can't wait for this (the TdF, not the road closures)

    Afternoon elite :)
I'm still not getting on very often to post :(
Had a fab afternoon having a cuppa with the lovely Bubbs yesterday :) which reminds me, really must find that candle :rotfl:
Things are a bit busy here in one way or another, so many different things going on it makes it hard to get online very often :(

I think I need the elites help to save my sanity. I'm currently pacing the carpet and think I need to poas
I've popped on to stop me wearing an even bigger hole in the carpet than I've spent the last few days doing. I've put it to the back of my mind for a few days hoping I wouldn't need to but I'm thinking I'll have to bite the bullet and tell DH.
He probably won't thank me for saying on here but it's not something I'd want to mention to him while he's at work today (better off in person)
Sorry to waffle on, just typing here's made me feel so much better, I might even get some housework done now :rotfl: :o

Hope u get the results you want.

it's not my beard, it's for my ears and sideburns, i think I'm turning into a werewolf - awooooooooo!:D:rotfl:

Finally plucked up the courage. must say that I'm a fan of it though. Reckon it will be 4-6 treatments in total, it's every 6 weeks. No hair growth in between at all. I'm in and out in less than 8 minutes.

I hope this isn't for my benefit? :D
I don't mind if you have a beard when we meet up on Friday :D

Better a beard than a pant moustache :D:rotfl:
Recently I was shopping in Sada, and needed some pistachio nuts; couldn't find them anywhere, so went up to this SA, a young lad, and just said "Where's your nuts?" I didn't even have the decency to offer to buy him a drink first.:o
It was one of those times when the words had come out of my mouth before I'd realised what I'd said; fortunately, the SA didn't 'get' the double entendre.:)

    :rotfl:, brilliant!
When I worked in a supermarket years ago someone asked me where the dipsticks were. I told her they were all sat on the tills :D

    Most likely training related :)

Hope you invested in a good pair of running shoes, it's really important :)

I've recently started 'jogging' in my case more appropriately labelled 'even walkers go faster than you' but hey I'm outdoors and sort of moving ;) I'd really appreciate recommendations on the footwear one should be going for. I purchased running trainers by Karrimor but have been told that because when held in the hand that the toe section can be squished upwards towards the heal it proves that there is not that much support.... what do you guys look for / think is best ?

    TIA :)
