Well the one that did a bunk last night will cost £430 to fix.
But will be done by Sunday.
So can start looking for new tenants next week.

Means only the nutter with his identical evil twin are left. They've been to the homeless doing the woe is me bit so court case can't be too far off.

You make me kind of glad I never went down the letting route. When I met OH we discussed renting my house and moving into his. In the end we decided to buy new instead.
