He turns up at the shop involved and she's the manageress. Now if that was me I'd just pay out of sheer embarassment...not this crowd tho

Well the one that did a bunk last night will cost £430 to fix.
But will be done by Sunday.
So can start looking for new tenants next week.

Means only the nutter with his identical evil twin are left. They've been to the homeless doing the woe is me bit so court case can't be too far off.

You make me kind of glad I never went down the letting route. When I met OH we discussed renting my house and moving into his. In the end we decided to buy new instead.

This reminds me of a tenant I had who did a flit and when we tracked down their guarantor it was the girls mother who was landlady at the local pub!
