Ginger, yes was wondering if that would be effective Kissjenn - if you've got a Lid! nearby, they have recently started selling packets of very poky, yummy crystallised ginger (near the veg, for some odd reason).0 -

I take ginger for my arthritis, but not regularly enough, must do better. And thinking about it for you, kissjenn, it can't do it on its own, of course, but I guess anything that helps, whether quality of life or actually beating the b******, is good news.
Hope you managed to get some sleep last night :kisses3:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Hi all.
SB is off to visit GP soon tender hooks to see how that went.
Ginger us excellent stuff. I get bottle of strong ginger beer and they help. Boxes of GinGins in the car and bag as well.
Off to lunch with lovely agent in a moment...small kitten cuddle may be required first as he's asleep beside me looking very cute.
I shall catch up with everyone later. Have a good un.
