3/14 for me please Shaggy. Yummy talk of stinky cheeses on here, I love lots of cheeses apart from most goats cheese. Not the best of weekends drink-wise but I made up for it today with a fast day and therefore definitely no treats.

I really admire your fortitude with this, ElusiveLucy - keeping it to 500 cals is hard. Too hard for me!

My workplace has a constant supply of biscuits and frequent cakes and left over catered lunches put out. I managed to put on about a stone in the first year I was there, but I've resisted very well since Christmas and its starting to come off, albeit slowly!

I wonder if part of the reason there are so many biccies and cakes in many workplaces is because a lot of people get bored at work and this is their way of dealing with it? ... It's that mid-afternoon thing when you would just rather go home, maybe.
