Morning all! Lovely morning here. Could I have 9/15 please Shaggy, and it is the second of my "treat-free days" today too.0

and it is the second of my "treat-free days" today too.
I'm going to join you treat free today cathy. I went a bit mad over the weekend even ate crisps.:o
Mini disaster last night when I managed to spill a glass of red over our cream sofa. Annoying part was that I wasn't the worse for wear. I'd had wine with dinner, then had a break and was just settling to MOTD with a last glass and got clumsy putting it down on the side. Fortunately we have loose covers so I had to get them in the machine PDQ. So they're on the line now and I'll have extra ironing.
Definitely AF today. First smiley.
7 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Morning :hello:
2 more ALDs.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hope you had the best day.

Maman, grear news! How is it going? ...
I have a day off today and actually find it easier when I'm at home as I can get on with things and don't think about comfort eating, whereas at work there are usually biccies about but also I get bored or stressed and then look round for something sweet to eat to deal with it.

Fine so far. I'm not counting the tbsp. of syrup on my porage this morning;). Test will come later when I'm settling down with a cuppa and I've got into the bad habit of having some dark chocolate. Even if I cut it down to 5 nights a week it'll be a start.0 -
Lovely catch up reading, thanks all.
I started off well at the beginning of the week but lost my way with only 3 AFD's. At least 2 of them were ALD's though.
Oh well a new week, new resolution.
1 more AFD please Shaggy.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
9/20 for me please Shaggy
Not the best of weekends drink-wise but I made up for it today with a fast day and therefore definitely no treats.
My workplace has a constant supply of biscuits and frequent cakes and left over catered lunches put out. I managed to put on about a stone in the first year I was there, but I've resisted very well since Christmas and its starting to come off, albeit slowly! What goes around comes around.....I hope!0
