March totals so far: AFD = 10, AD = 6, so 10/20 for me please.

Been a stressful 24 hours - had a trip to the neurologist with my cat who had an accident on Monday. Thankfully she wasn't overly concerned and isn't going to do anything further unless she deteriorates by next week. Still going to try not to drink tonight, but think it will be difficult.
What goes around comes around.....I hope!

15/27 AFDs tonight. Went to the social club for St Patrick's night, but wasn't tempted to drink.

The music was awful, miserable, unrecognisable! We stayed for an hour then escaped. The Irish Stew was lovely though, nom nom
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
  • 14/21 for me today. Must be strong. I've allowed for only one ALD on Saturday this week! But I'm doing park run on sat morning so waking up bright and fresh tomorrow is important!

I have got through an Ofsted without a drink!

    Well done!

Going to a funeral where no-one can talk about what caused a death far too young is a tricky business. Everyone was handed a glass of Proseco as they arrived. When I asked for a softie I was told something would be available inside, so I embarked on socialising with empty hands. In the end I got through two and a half hours on two small cups of rather nice decaff coffee, the only other choice being orange juice. I'm rather glad I gave up quite a long time ago because it would have tested my resolve otherwise, particularly as I wasn't driving. I don't know if anyone else experienced the same level of irony.

    18/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

    Good Morning everyone,

Honey, I went to a similar funeral a few years ago, so I can relate to exactly what you're saying.
1 AFD for last night Shaggy - Thank you.

The test of the weekend lies ahead of me. Still not sure how I am going to start getting AFD between Friday and Sundays. I need a plan!
