Hi all

In however long I've managed one more AFD. Not very good going but things have been difficult here.

I've had some official help, but being talked to like a 4 year old doesn't help and makes me angry. They seemed to lack the ability to make me feel in charge of my own life and what I do. I have a horrible journey coming up but they can't help with that. I think I don't fit their guidelines.

As has always been my answer, I drank rather a lot, but did in the end find my slightly broken stop button and then had none last night so I feel better today. The fumigating stuff finally arrived so I treated the place and am being bitten less so we'll see if that worked.

I started painting a wall I didn't want it pale purple but that's what it looks like! No matter, it's a colour.

I'm hoping some time soonish the place starts to function like a normal home, and I can concentrate on longer periods of cranberry juice.

Since I've been on this thread I haven't forgotten what I was aiming for, and it's immensely helpful to read everyone's small medium and large targets and struggles and triumphs.

I also have to say brilliant stuff Dizzy. Is that two and a half months now? I'm not sure what your feb target was.

13/27 AFDs today. I went overboard on Sunday, and paid for it on Monday.


However, I still managed a good day, and a brilliantly MSE result at the end of the day. In April last year I used uSwitch and moved from Scottish Power to Coop Energy, or so I thought. SP sent me a bill and a demand. I rang both, and it appears that Coop didn't complete the switch admin. I ended up getting all my payments back, plus £80 as a goodwill payment (plus I had received cashback when I switched). SP are happy to wait until next week for me to settle their bill, to make sure there's no overlap whilst I wait for the repayment.
