Turns out one of the reasons I've been feeling so energy-deprived is that I've been fighting an infection.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

That's a big milestone when wine o'clock comes round and you don't even notice dizzy. I progressed from copious amounts of water to mugs of tea. Over time I'm down to a couple of mugs of an evening.

That's a huge stepping stone, Dizzy. Good on you for sticking with it, because it gets better and better very quickly after you've passed that one.

:D Thank you both for your comments. It does feel like I've cleared a big hurdle, which is fantastic. I know I'll never be completely teatotal, and I don't actually want to be, but thinking about a glass of wine now doesn't give me an intense desire to pour myself one, like it would have done a few months ago. In-fact, the thought of wine makes me not queasy exactly, more uneasy.

    So, I'm at 14/31 please Shaggy x
