That's a big milestone when wine o'clock comes round and you don't even notice dizzy. I progressed from copious amounts of water to mugs of tea. Thank you both for your comments. It does feel like I've cleared a big hurdle, which is fantastic. I know I'll never be completely teatotal, and I don't actually want to be, but thinking about a glass of wine now doesn't give me an intense desire to pour myself one, like it would have done a few months ago. In-fact, the thought of wine makes me not queasy exactly, more uneasy.
