Just shout out if you want to go back to a target of 10. What ever works for you!
Thanks Shaggy, given I got 5/10 last month I think I can afford to mix things up a little. Is 5/14 a better result than 5/10.
Well I'm making my way to equalling last months dizzying success with another one to chalk up tonight so 4/14 for me please Shaggy.
I slept really, really well last night, sleep is so good. In fact this week is the best week of sleep I've had for 6 months. I had a frustrating day at work so focussed on getting myself home without buying wine and succeeded. The rest of the evening has been mostly ok. My danger time is on the way home and then the bit before I eat dinner. After dinner I was feeling pleased at being sober and full of food, it felt good. Now if the deal is I stay sober but the sleeping thing stays this good it is tempting.
I am very undecided about tomorrow. I have a night out with good friends. At least one friend will be sober. I will sleep on it.
Good night everyone.0 -
Hi everyone
4/29for me pleaseDo I really need it? Probably not.:A0 -
Morning all
Wasn't AF last night but only had the one. Seemed strange after a period of abstinance but glad I felt no urge to have more.
Hope everyone has a great day today0 -
Tonight will probably involve alcohol for a friend birthday but I'll definitely be restricting myself to two g&ts with a big slice of lime (you know, for the 5 a day thing!!). Happy Friday everyone X0

Morning :hello:
1 more AFD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
