    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Right, my plan is soft drinks and as much pizza and junk food as I want today but no alcohol. I woke up for a couple of hours at 4 and really wanted more booze-free sleep so I'm going for a sober Friday night out with Friends. Could be tricky.

    I am so glad it is Friday! Been. A busy week for me as I had some viewings of the house today (we're selling) so everything had to be spotless. Urgh.
    Anyway, 3/21 AFD for me so far!
    Trying to keep in budget.
