Reporting a 31/31 result for me during January! :T Rather proud of myself, even if I do say so:rotfl:0

I did tease DH that he could have Jack Daniels on his muesli if he wanted to! Fortunately he declined. Not sure what his plans are for February. I'm hoping he may have some AFDs but has to be his choice.
Many years ago I tried beer on cereal, not first thing in the morning though and only because I was curious since beer tastes to me like cereal anyway - not really a fan of either thing, if I'm honest. Can't remember what my thoughts were on the taste combo though and have not repeated the experiment. But not recommended, on the whole :rotfl:

hey all
I did have an AFD yesterday so that brings me to 21/18 AFD for January pleasewoohoo my first 21 day smiley, and thanks from me too for keeping the scores shaggy.
Tonight will be tough and I wish it was a beer day but it's too close to the last one. This week is all about appointments for the MS, bunched up because I had to rearrange them, being so busy the last few weeks. Someone else on here said their OH (I think?) had to go and get some MS tests, sorry I can't remember who said it, but a belated good luck from meIt is a big round of appointments but at least that means they're watching it and looking out for people. They're very kind in my experience.
So after another complicated day I'm going to struggle but I'll see how I do. I don't want to drink and yet I do to calm myself. On the other hand I'll wake early and happier if I don't drink.. that's a good thought. Maybe I'll do the 'not today' thing that cathybird suggested.
February already! Well done for January everyone :T0 -
