Last day and well done to absolutely everyone for all your AFDs and ALDs this Jan, whether you did the whole month or not!! It's all good.0

25/25 AFDs today0

Should add, I actually suspect it's easier to take the whole month off in some ways - at least you're not changing gear all the time and you "know what you have to do". I am a bit apprehensive about Feb because I will be chopping and changing and I am hoping it will not be harder. Time will tell.0

Anyway, 31/31 for me please Shaggy.0

Thanks Honey Bear
You have put thinks into perspective. However when I go out with OH I feel like I'm cutting his night short when I go home as he feels he has to come with me. Keeping girls safe late at night etc.
I will have to figure out a way of working it that feels less like a punishment. Maybe it is because I feel bitter that I can't drink like they can.
Anyway I don't want to be a total moaner.
I have had another weekend with no booze so that is two in a row. The weekend is the tricky bit for me. I have lost track of my AFDs now but I haven't drunk for 2 weeksDo I really need it? Probably not.:A0 -

Didn't make my target this month again but it helps me to set a high one and once I have declared an AF day on here that is my motivation to stay on track. So a very early final declaration for January of 26/29.
Thanks Shaggy for keeping count and for everybody on here for all their words of encouragement and mutual support.DF by Christmas 2014 #78 £18,964.15/£15,000

Well done to everyone for January. We should all take something from the month and feel better for it.:T0 -
Working the afternoon shift today so can safely declare 31/31
Not been too bad but will see how Feb goes as, like others, I am not going the whole month AF.
