I watched the C5 documentary too, scary stuff, but so brave of the participants.

I was having a lot of problems sleeping since I cut back the drinking and found bedtime and morning yoga to help. I've been following Yoga with Adrianne on YouTube, she is brilliant, very clear to follow but fun and relaxing too.

This is good to know too - thanks again - I do have a yoga routine I do using a book but due to some niggling health issues lately (which in fact could well have been caused originally by alcohol consumption, though I can't say for sure) I haven't been doing this since December.
