I am doing a bit of yoga at the end of the day as this is when i can fall off the wagon.I'm not standing on my head or anything just gentle stretching. Working so far.
I have read a book written by the woman on the channel 5 programme she is called Lucy and the book is Calling time on wine o'clock. Much of what she said resonated with me

I was having a lot of problems sleeping since I cut back the drinking and found bedtime and morning yoga to help. I've been following Yoga with Adrianne on YouTube, she is brilliant, very clear to follow but fun and relaxing too.

Excited to report another ALD for me bringing my total to 14/31. I am sleeping right through until 6am, feel much better during the day, but am still craving sugar....Another 4 chocolate digestive biscuits just scoffed
