I think I'll have a few pounds to shift come next week and AFness will definitely help.:)
I got on the scales this morning - I think I have two pounds to shift to get back to where I was......still got New Year and a birthday to get through yet however!!! Not too many xmas left overs hanging around, so that is good - I can't chuck away food so I can I do a lot of damage in early January with left over cake, mince pies, biscuits, etc.....What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

December will be over so soon that there doesn't seem too much point setting targets at this point but am aiming for a dry Jan so would like if I may to set a target of 31 days for Jan.

We do targets for Alcohol Low Days (ALD) now too. So you set yourself a target of how units you want to drink in a day and shout out if you achieve it. Hi, am new to this and would like to join in please. Am aiming for 31 AFD for January - I find I drink wine every night pretty much and want to change this habit and hopefully lose a little bit of weight in the process.

Like you, I can't bring myself to throw away food either. I've got a small amount of Christmas pudding to eat but I think the rest (crisps, cheese, biscuits, cake, sweets) I can feed to DH through January.;)
My plan is to have a nice meal on NYE (duck and dauphinoise potatoes:drool:) and then get back to 'normal' eating and drinking from Monday.

Broadband is off but I made my target 21/21.
