I'm on 12/30 drank yesterday too, and i don't feel so great today - headache from the weekend is still lingering. I still class my weekend as a success as I exercised self control, and 12AFDs this month is a million times better than previous months!
Hubs and I agreed we want to stop our mid week drinking, and as I have work on Saturday I think I'll aim to be tee-total until Saturday. We went out yesterday and it was nice to have a few beers and relax with hubs, we've not do it in a while.
Purchased some hot chocolate to spice up my evenings!0 -
Had an AF day yesterday, taking me up to 3.
No plans for a drink tonight, either.
2018 totals:
Savings £11,200
Mortgage Overpayments £5,5000 -

I need to be switched to ALD's, my stats look like I'm not doing particularly well, but in actual fact I am doing well (albeit it after only one week). So my 3/21 AFD's should really be 7/21 ALD's. It is very early days but I feel confident about this, I'm not really struggling at all, but I've realised that the fight/struggle is going to be a neverending war, rather than a short battle.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Weekend was extended by a day as DH's birthday yesterday. I was good though as had fizzy water with lunch out and just sensible champagne drinking in the evening. Another family birthday on Thursday BUT I'm back on wagon today. Every day counts.:D
7AFDs please Shaggy
I'm pleased with that as if someone said to me at the start I could cut my drinking from every day to 50% I'd be delighted.0
