    29/31 please - won't be drinking today.
Sorry my posting has been a bit hit and miss - in the grip of a bit of a depression at the moment.
Still focused on the challenge though.

Yvieblue - You are doing the best thing to combat depression - refrain from drinking until you work out your triggers with a clear head :)

If you are not already receiving counselling I would strongly advise it :) take whatever help is going - there is light at the end of the tunnel :) and it can be managed. I swear by the power of positive thinking 'The Secret' and a book recommended to me on a CBT level 'Re-inventing your life' :)

Good luck I will be thinking about you :grouphug:

out with friends last night and managed to stick to the orange and lemonade. Prompted big discussions on drinking and a few of the gang actually said they were going to join in with the SNC :) seems a lot of people are aware their drinking is getting too much.

Have a new challenge in my life. Set a target to raise £2500 for Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust. If you have ever thought my 'words of wisdom' were worth a quid. Head over to the blog where donation details are.

Go on, save yourselves that glass of wine/beer/whiskey etc and put your money where it will count rather than down the bog via your liver!

I promise that this is the first and last begging post and I don't make promises lightly.

If you do donate, please Pm me to let me know so I can send you a thank you note! I've had an annonymous £5 today which I think maybe via here............If it is Thank you!

What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
