For anyone interested, I found the NHS choices drinks tracker app on the g00gle app shop and I also found AlcoDroid. They're both free so I downloaded them both.

First impressions are that the NHS one is basic, but tells you what you want to know. AlcoDroid has bells and whistles and gives you an estimated blood alcohol content reading. Both are android and the NHS comes in IOS too.

Obviously this should be taken with a pinch of salt and in no way is a reliable indicator of whether or not you're fit to do anything. I can just imagine the look on the policeman's face if you tried you tell him you're ok to drive cos your app says so. But I'm treating it as a bit of fun and interest cos I like numbers and graphs.

Hopefully they won't get much of a work out.
  • Ugh, for the first time this month I'm really finding this difficult. I realllllllly want a glass of wine. A glass of wine is not going to change the thing I'm anxious/sad about, it's not going to improve how I feel about it. I know this, I do. But tonight, for some reason, it's a struggle :(

Maybe go to bed before you give in. Be a shame to undo your hard work this month.

    Declaring 28/31 tonight please.
