    It's on the list :T
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I managed (and enjoyed :)) an AFD yesterday - nice to go to bed and have natural, restful sleep. I find even a small amount of alcohol makes me have a restless night nowadays :o.

That makes 12/15 for me please shaggy.

Have a great day everyone :T

Ironically I'm the opposite. When I don't drink I take an age (2 hours+) to get off to sleep. Never satisfied.

Definitely AF tonight and hoping for one more before next month starts.

    10 AFDs please Shaggy.

I used to be like this - but more recently, I've decided that I really like lying in bed (not trying to fall asleep, generally thinking about my day etc.). Ever since, I've fallen almost straight asleep.

23/31 AFDs today, will miss my target, but should hit it next Month and still aim for less than 50 Alcohol Days this year :)

1 more for me please Shaggy, giving me my second smiley :D

Went totally overboard last night therefore I will absolutely not be drinking tonight. I really need to do better in February. I am considering going TF but for now I will set Feb at 18 days.

I use a you tube vid to get me to sleep. His voice is mildly irritating but does the job. It is brilliant! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8_l-aBC82Q My mind goes straight into sleep mode as soon as I hear the music now. I've been conditioned by it, like Pavlov's Dogs :D
