Please let me know if I've made any mistakes!!!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

After a good start ( in my eyes anyway) I have struggled with cutting down alcohol managing only 5 days AF so far this month.
I find it easier when I work a late to come home and not drink than if I work a day. Normally on a late shift I would still come home and down a bottle of red, what I need to do is work on not drinking on some of my days off and when I work a day.

I have some late shifts to do this week and hopefully these will be AF.
So I should have more to add to my total for this month which is still better than what would normally be 2AF days every 4 weeks .

I am setting my AF total for February at 12 please shaggy.

I'm hoping to make it to 8 for Jan so this will be an improvement for me :D
As of 24th August 2016 total money owed was
    £15,708

School Night Challenge - it's having AFDs on nights were you work or the kids are at school - thinking about I don't know why it isn't called work night challenge!!

Posters actually used to run SNCs but at the moment we just have the monthly challenge.

Shaggy, I think it's just derived from the vernacular that refers to a night before having to work as a school night. Anyway, please will you put me down for 9/15 as of last night. Thanks.

Thanks for setting my target for February Shaggy.:A

I'm calling in early today. I plan to be AF today and tomorrow at least so I'll definitely get to target this month.

    9 AFDs please.

Sorry for your stressful day, Fruball, have an early night and start afresh tomorrow.

27/31 AFDs for me now. I'm going to be drawing up a project plan for our house move tonight, otherwise I'll never get DH's a**e into gear. Although to be fair, he has spent today on the phone to various people to get things underway. He's much better at phoning than I am - I'd rather email people.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
