    26/31 AFDs for me now.

Declaring a target of 24 for February. That means I am allowing myself a drink on Saturday nights.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Me too, I'll set a target of 24 for February, Please Shaggy.
I have to say that being AF for another month is seeming quite a nice idea so I might try and do it properly.

  • 26/31 please Shaggy & a target of 26 for Feb. I intend another AF month but will be interested to see if I rush to take advantage of those 2 days. As someone said before its a big responsibility to declare your going to become teetotal!

26/31 for me too. Looking forward to collecting all of my Dryathlon sponsorship money next week from the regulars in my local - with a pint in my hand.

I still haven't decided on my target for February yet but I'd like to keep going with a "cutting down" approach rather than the totally dry January so I think somewhere around 16-18 might be a good idea.
  • Can I set the February target at 23 AF please Shaggy, ta.
