1/10 please Shaggy. My OH is finally realising that his wine consumption is affecting his weight. He hasn't had any for 3 days now. This will help me so much if it carries on.
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.

    Morning All

Last night wasn't AF as we went to a wedding reception but I only had a few glasses of wine and had a lovely time.:T

Hoping today will be AF, going to buy some more AF wine that I tried at the weekend as we have friends for a BBQ tomorrow and once chilled the wine taste nice.

Thank you to everyone on this thread it is lovely to see the encouragement given to others and makes me realise that there is no point beating myself up about drinking and just to try the best I can.

Thank you especially to Shaggy for all the lovely daily post to get us on our way and for keeping the scores on the doors as they say (gosh Im showing my age) :D

Hope everyone has a good day

    4/30 please, Shaggy.

(((Hugs))), Satchmo. I'm not a fan of being on the recieving end of aggression; I hope you find a strategy for coping with it really quickly. (Relate gave a good friend of mine some very, very helpful advice after a really frightening incident; they're very hot on it as an issue. Her relationship survived, I'm pleased to say, without any repetition.)
    Better is good enough.

Newroadahead you are good in that you CAN have just a couple. I am not great at that.

Today's positives: sun is shining; nice chat with DS1, DS2 is moving to better accommodation; I haven't binged on food or wine; support on here

    I'm not listing negatives.
