Alchemila I practise on other threads and it took me a long time to get the quote multi-quote and embedded linky things sorted. You'll get there.

You're doing great, Satchmo, counting blessings while there are things that are dragging you down. (((Hugs))) for you and I hope you enjoyed the zumba.

Anyway,i drank a few glasses of wine last night, which isnt good. BUT maybe setting my 1st goal as the whole month AF was a mistake anyway.
Can i please change it Shaggy? I think i will go for 27 instead?

That sounds realistic - good luck with the revised target. You may want to highlight it in red or Shaggy might miss it.

    2/30 please Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

I'm a 5 Live fan too, fugitive from Radio4. Barnum is coming on tour to out local theatre so thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed it. Didn't see you as a theatrical landlady though!;)

Yup. I bought this house over 20 years ago specifically to do theatre digs and then discovered it is half way between two world class scientific institutions, so we now have the really interesting mix of science and theatre. OH came to a party thrown here by two people that were staying very early on, which is how we met.

At the end of Barnum the guy on the ring towards the back of the stage and the girl twirling up in the air are the two that have been with us for this fortnight. Delightful pair.

ETA: I forgot to say, when you go, go into the auditorium early because the cast come out and do things before the show starts. Lots of fun.
    Better is good enough.

    3/13 AFDs today.

Positives: Zumba was good. Hard work as I haven't done it for so long, but I'm not as achy as I expected this morning (another positive). The suns shining. Had a good chat with mum last night; she's ok. Housework is being attacked - two loads of washing done, another on the go, a casserole in the pressure cooker, bedding changed. DH is at gym/out this morning, I'll be out this afternoon.

Negatives: DH is even worse today, verbally aggressive, I hate my reaction of angry tears and swearing, I hate swearing. Feeling stuck. I missed my counselling last week (stupidly mixed up the dates), so don't have an appointment this week (should be Thursday).

I hope everyone is having a much better day.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Done. If you want to go TF (target free) you can - and then you can just see how you go without too much pressure.
