Smiley N!mero Uno today 7/30 AFDs
Snap! 7/30 please, Shaggy.[STRIKE]Calling in early with 1 more for tonight please. I am going to treat myself to a nice bottle of something sparkly but AF. A flavoured water or something. Something i've not had before so it feels like a treat[/STRIKE]
FAIL! We got invited over to friends for dinner and that was definitely not AF so scrub that
AF tomorrow though
Good food, good friends, good wine  . It would have been churlish not to, under the circumstances, Fruball.Better is good enough.0 -
Posting early with 5/22 for tonight please. Having a BBQ but will stick to Becks blue or soft drinks. Must admit that I do find it harder to be AF in the summer
. Still sticking to AF Sunday to Thursday as SNC but find that harder to stick with. In the winter I had been only drinking one night either Friday or Saturday but in the summer it's Friday and Saturday plus tempted on Sunday some weeks.

Another AF here
Drinking coffee this evening. No alcohol in the house, no shops are open, so calling it early!
I'm not 100% familiar with the rules of this challenge- can i go for the SNC as well?0 -
6/13 AFDs, and I'm a much happier Satchmo tonight because my DH has been released from his prison of depression. I know it can imprison him again at any time, but the parole is heaven-sent.
The sun is shining inside and outside. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

Great news satchmo, long may it last!!WantToBeSE wrote: »I'm not 100% familiar with the rules of this challenge- can i go for the SNC as well?
While the lovely Shaggy records our daily totals, the SNC is more of an interim target that many of us set ourselves week to week. So do post up how you do on school nights, it'll make you feel good and it all helps.:D
ETA: SNC varies between Mon- Thurs or better still Sun- Thurs. So ideal for cutters down who still choose to drink at weekends.0 -

FantAstic, honeybear :T - that has been my life and I've had enough .Just need to buck my ideas up and get up to your levels of determination. 2/15 for me please shaggy. Aargh, still can't do colour. I have binned the entire month of May (all the usual excuses that are not excuses, work, holiday, clearing out mum and dads, sorting ex`s possessions, DD passing test :T and driving me to work:eek:, dog ear lump, being the one to break the news about work demotions and take the understandable flak). May is my loss no excuses...

Good luck with your SNCSomeone used to keep score of those (we wrote them in blue) but we just keep track of our own now.
I am AF tonight after a particularly boozey weekend and planning at least 2 in a row but taking Graeme Carter's advice this week and going to take one day at a time.
I have treated myself to some lovely bottles of AF drinks (forget which ones) so will have those in a wine glass as a substitute
Have a great week everyone x
(almost forgot, 1 more please Shaggy)0 -
