Well last night wasn't AF but it was one bottle shared with DH with AF in between
Had a real CBA day yesterday still felt bruised after being knocked over by neighbors new pup (husky)
Busy week this week so hoping to stay AF for SNC

Definitely AF today but unlikely to hit my target this month. I've checked my diary and too many events coming up before my holiday. I'm not beating myself up about it. I'll just be moderate and keep the units down.

calling in early with 7/13 AFDs today. DH and I have just had a lovely lunch and done some holiday shopping for next weeks short holiday to Porto.


My brother had asked if I was around today, but when DH suggested a day out, I texted brother and said I wouldn't be at home. It's far more important to rebuild relationships with DH. He told me he felt that I put everyone else before him, and to some extent when he's well I guess there's some truth in there. A lesson for me - don't assume?


NRA, I hope you are feeling less bruised today, and owners have husky puppy booked into training classes so puppy doesn't continue to jump at people.

I have promised the kids a walk along the beach this evening, so wont get home until at least 9pm...fingers crossed i wont be tempted to go and get some wine after that.
