10/28 please Shaggy, and thank you for my Valentine-type smiley - love it!

And I've just had an email from Belle to tell me that I have been AF for 200 Days - and I'd forgotten! Just goes to show how easy it is to forget to count sometimes. Go me!
    Better is good enough.

Good to see you posting mackeroo, better late than never.;) It would have been so easy to just give February a miss.

:T on your 200 days HB. That's quite a milestone, well over half way towards a year.

Had a planned day yesterday but did overdo it a bit. I ended up having wine spread through the day which seems to fool my stop button somehow.

No drinking today though. I have to agree with claire and ellsbel that declaring early is really helpful. I used to wait until late at night but now I find it easier to make the decision and stick with it. To be honest I'm almost 100% sure at the start of the week when I'll be drinking unless unexpected invitations crop up.

    6 AFDs please Shaggy.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
