Thanks for the preference, HB, it was gin or whisky so that might tip the balance.
I had wine with a very enjoyable meal out last night before Birdman. I also enjoyed the film, although a bit existential or surreal. Must work out what those words mean.
Sorry Gien, I can't add one on Friday, well don't want to anyway as it's a Hen Night. Interesting re IBS link; I know at times booze has not helped me in that regard either.
Today needs to be AF. Have a good one folks.0 -

Morning :hello:
1 more for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I found that just cutting back as such didn't help me lose weight but I needed to do the complete healthy eating thing for that to work. What it did stop was mindless late night munching of crisps etc.;)
I'll be AF tonight, definitely.
6 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Not confident enough to declare early for tonight - we are having friends round & an Indian take-away and I know there will be wine - not sure if I have the willpower (or inclination come to that) to resist
- it will be moderate though!
Thanks to shaggy for keeping score and to gien also for updating the SNC.
Have a great day everyone0 -
Love the smilies Shaggy, thank you:)
I feel I'll be OK today so declaring early 15/31.
I'd gained weight when I stepped on the scales a few days back- funny thing though, since then, my sugar cravings seem to have vanished, very odd for me to go a day without fancying Chocolate but for the last couple of days, I've not thought of it once, even though there's still stuff around from Christmas - long may it last!
