I'm very proud of myself.
I decided to go out and buy some wine after I got home from work because I had to go out again to et some milk.
I did try to talk to myself about my decision and decided instead I would rather have the 7 day smiley.

I ended up using one of my two designated drinking days today and had a glass of red wine when I went out for dinner. Thought long and hard about it before I did though. I actually enjoyed it more too as it was a treat rather than an expectation.
Only one more allowed now though!
