    Thanks for the words honeybear, I think half of my problem is just that my own resolve hasn't been strong enough. My friends don't actually pressure me to drink, it's just that if they do then I see it as a good enough reason for me to as well. I shall decide on the day whether I want to or not I think. :)

    I have come to realise that the danger point for me is when I walk in through the door at work, especially if I'm cooking. I usually saunter around the kitchen with a glass of wine whilst listening to music and it's my wind down time. Once I'm settled in for the evening though I'm OK.

    I hope that Jo is OK wherever she is, I remember that she was going through a really difficult patch wasn't she.

    I'm declaring 4/25 today. I'm early into bed again but I've been sleeping badly recently so it's needed more than ever.
    Trying to keep in budget.
