What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Well I made it through the weekend no problem. so 5/31 for me please.

OH is not doing the Sober October challenge but has drank very little so far this month. We always go to the pub together so we've just not been - he has had a couple at home but I think he's happy to have a cut down month without the pressure of having to do it.

I'm enjoying it, Sunday was very different and we got loads done over the weekend - keeping busy is the key for me, and early nights - am enjoying a lot of sleep!

With all the sleep, no alcohol, sticking to Slimming World (so far) and have been doing the 30 day shred DVD for about 3 weeks, I expect a new slimline fit and shiny Cat to emerge into November!!! HaHa I bet nothing changes.

Well done everyone with everything you're doing, and those that slipped - today's another day.

Absolutely right!! Just draw a line and move on. If you can, think why you fell off the wagon so you can avoid it in future. Good Luck for today.:)

Definitely AF for me today. Monday's are my easiest day of the week as I'm out in the evening and driving. Thankfully gone are the days when I opened a bottle when I got home:o

    2 AFDs please Shaggy.

    6/28 AFDs today :-)
  • Hi Everyone! :j

Yesterday was an AF day again so thats 5 out of 31. My son's football team won 8-1. I was secretly proud of myself that I was able to go and watch and not be rotting on the sofa after a skin-full on Saturday night, which has so often happened in the past.

I would like to declare 6/31 for today as I never drink on Mondays and once my daughter is home from school we will be busy doing homework.

    Thanks everyone!

3/16 for tonight please. I kept my target low as off from work this week so added in some extra days if I wanted a drink. However, am trying to stick to SNC this week at mo.

4/20 AFDs for tonight, but rather think I'm going to have to find a way of reducing my Saturday and Sunday night drinks, as I suffered today.

No run tonight as I was wiped out from moving boxes so I could put a bookshelf in the right place, then take the books out of their boxes and stack them on the shelves. At least 10 boxes of books emptied, shelves full, and still a pile more to go. Then I have another pile of boxes containing CDs to deal with. I reckon that was just as much exercise as a 6k run.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
