    15/31 Almost halfway there!

Absolutely exhausted still, starting to realise that alcohol didn't make me sleep, it kept me awake.
  • 15/31 today please Shaggy.

I could have done real justice to a bottle of wine tonight, instead I made do with a diet coke.

The way I'm feeling tonight, come 1st Feb I'm going to be having a bottle for breakfast.
Mind you, I do like the way the days, and particularly the weekends last longer, I get far more done!

I hope others are feeling strong tonight

I haven't seen 41AIKI on this latest thread, is she OK?

    Welcome.

If you post how many days you'd like to achieve by the end of the month (preferably in red and bold) then Shaggy will add you to the list. Then you just post regularly as the AF days pass.:)

Rachelww1 - lost my mum over 20 yrs ago still very much missedx

Guggul - do as the very wise maman says or if you don't want to set a target ( like me this month) just post each day you manage to stay AF free and the wonderful Shaggy will post your running total for you?

Didn't manage to stay AF tonight bit disappointed because I really could have:( and although I have enjoyed the couple of drinks I have had I would have enjoyed waking up tomorrow with another AF night under my belt even more ) time to revisit my mantra.....

Anyway hectic weekend on the horizon so determined to get Thursday on the AF notch post

Smiles to all that need at need them x

  • I am not doing very well at this, so am trying a different tactic. I am going to pledge an afd now for tonight. Will report back later. OH has strict instructions to not offer me a glass of vino later.
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.
