15/31 AFDs for me tonight.
Rachelww1, hugs for you. Losing your mum will be painful for a long time, although I'm worried about you having nightmares. Can you ask your GP about bereavement counselling? What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
6/15 please shaggy0

I'm on 3 bottles of wine per week. To be honest I feel p*ssed as a newt almost all the time, even on the days I don't drink. I've no idea how to stop this.0

I'm not asking Beth to explain to me as it is none of my business, however, I hope she is able to ask herself the question.
PS hope the WI went well
Joanne
Hi Joanne
You have fair point...and reading back over my post it definitely sounds worse than it was! They were winding me up, but then also saying they know I'd regret it in the morning if I'd had a drink. Also kept saying they wish they could do it. I say they were taking the p**s out of me but I was laughing with them. I knew how to take it and in my eyes they were just jealous haha.
My H2B is actually very supportive at home he is good with the cooking and will cook anything I ask him to suit my diet, he won't buy me drink if he's going to the shop for his own ( unless I ask him to) and he will have the LO if I want to go to the gym, he's really supportive and is all for me being healthy and losing weight, he's now seen my point about the drinking and budgeting too after we had a good talk on Monday night - fingers crossed it stays that positive. Maybe I painted a horrid pictures! Whoops! I was having a rant though and I think my mood had well and truly peaked (in a bad way) so was just venting! Sorry!
Anyway the AF week paid off as did the healthy eating as I lost 3lb!! I now only have 1st 5.5lb to go to my goal of 10stone for my aunties wedding on Easter Saturday!
I love reading everyone's posts and its nice to see that this drink 'issue' is one that many people have so we can tackle this together!
Good luck everyone xxxGC- June £0/£150

AF here, 12/28 please Shaggy.
I agree Beth, it is nice that we can all come here and share our thoughts and feelings - I'm finding it really helpful.
I am going away for two days next week and I want to have a drink in the evening, so I need to adjust my target or fall short by one day.
I am examining the reasons I don't want to be sober and really asking myself if I must drink, so I won't make a decision just yet.Trying to keep in budget.
