Macpep - sorry to hear you had to send your little kitten away to a foster home - that must have been sad for you

I am really going to try for an AF Thursday - it seems to be my 'sticking' day of the week - I have good intentions but I always seem to end up succumbing to a glass of wine (or two)

Thanks Macpep, in fact I didn't have a drink at my birthday lunch, as I had to drive - it was too far for my lovely mum to walk. However, DH is making noises about taking me to a nice pub with real ale that he's discovered, so the day may still involve something moderately alcohol related.

Well, we went to the pub, but the real ale wasn't to my taste, so we went to a tapas bar which was much nicer. The waiter nearly overcharged for the wine, but was thwarted by DH's eagle eyes. He gave use two tapas dishes by way of apology.

Well didn't do too well over the time I was away but managed to clock up 15/14 days in the end! Hooray:T

My target for June is 14 days please.

I hope I can do it again. It might even spur me on to go over my total again.

Im finding it easier to say no - I choose a glass of diet coke over a glass of white wine last night - who would ever have thunk :rotfl:

Well, I did manage to stay AF last night so that takes me to 10/12 - I won't make target as I have planned drinks for Friday & Saturday but I will try harder next month
