After my 2 glasses on Tuesday I thought I'd treat my self to some wine yesterday and have 2 glasses ,,,
Then I remembered when I used to give up smoking and after a while would have 1 or 2 socially on a night out ,,,, before I knew it I was smoking full time ,,,,
So I resisted and told myself No . ,,,

15 AF days.
Just handed my notice in at work today. :j
I don't have another job to go to, as I have decided with my OH that I am going to build a house! Not with my own hands but project manage it.
It's been a long hard decision, but my being away with work all the time means we can't get on with the house and although we got the planning permission last August, we haven't really progressed things.
All a bit scary for me, have been in full time work for the last 32 years without a single break. I really feel the support and comradeship on this forum has helped a great deal. So thanks to everyone for being here.0 -

Your job sounded very stressful and obviously involved a lot of time away from home - best wishes for your new found freedom and good luck with the house project - I am sure that will keep you occupied0 -
