I had planned drinks on Thursday but pleased (and surprised) myself by not drinking yesterday to make up for it. An AF Friday night is almost unheard of here.

I'm calling it early for tonight. Enough drinking already this weekend. Back on board starting today with no reason not to go straight through to march which would be one day over target.

one more for me last night so 15/26. Steered the boy away from going for a tapas lunch as knew I'd want red wine with amazing tapas. Good on 2 fronts - for not drinking and for being MSE as we had quiche and salad at home in the garden instead.

Boy's boss bought us a lovely bottle of red given the boy has been working crazy hours. Really fancied a glass late afternoon but poured self a sparkling water instead then forgot about the vino
