Oh dear, only up to 5/15 so far, up to last night.


I doubt tonight will be AF with a bottle of prosecco sitting in the fridge with the M&S dine in for 2 meal. Not doing very well this month.

Well sadly not AF yesterday ,, no valentines excuse either,, just had some wine (2 glasses ) left over from Sunday ,, rare as I always Finnish an open bottle ! And a,so rare that once I'd had the 2 glasses didn't grab another bottle , as I normally would .
So not AF but better than I used to be ,,,,!
