And for how long ?
I've been AF since the 1st and plan on not being again on the 1st of Feb :rotfl:
Then I need to cut down, like yourself it was almost nightly. I'm planning on setting Feb at 12 AF days as I have a holiday that month and our wedding anniversary.
Then I'll increase it by a day or so each month until just the Saturdays hopefully£36/£240
£5522

Last year I call ed to one of those well woman clinics at the doctors,
The lady I saw was so impressed with me,, my weight , diet blood pressure were all perfect, she marvelled at how I was the picture of health,,,, then asked the dreaded question ,,,, how many units per week ?
I had been told that everyone fibs at this , so they add another third on, I told I was going to tell absolute truth , and I did, it was over 70 units a week ! She nearly fell off her chair! And told me it should be 17 !:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:0 -
22/31 for tonight. I used to drink 2 glasses of wine nightly until my son dared me for Dry Jan several years ago - when I joined this thread I think. Since then, apart from special occasions, I drink Friday and Saturday night. Do Dry Jan each year and, last year, did Dry Feb too.
Well done to everyone who is keeping going as it seems a long month :T0 -
Well done for being honest loveasale.
I think you probably only managed all that booze yesterday because you started early and drank steadily through the day. I'd be surprised if you could manage that all in an evening.
Perhaps what you could do on another occasion is have a vodka (or better still a soft drink) early on and start later.
With any luck your tolerance will drop as you drink less. I know if I drink at lunchtime I get very sleepy.0 -

I'm calling in 22/31 now please. There's no wine in the house and I'm in my PJs so no chance of me slipping up.
