loveasale I think we're all here because at one time or another we've been unhappy with ourselves and our drinking, but try not to beat yourself up over it. Look how much you have managed to achieve and how differently you're starting to think about booze. We wouldn't be human if we didn't slip up sometimes, we just have to get back up and start afresh the next day. Try and be kind to yourself0 -

Don't beat yourself up too much, its pointless, you can't change what is done, just what you do in the future. We've all been there. Honestly, be gentle to yourself and use what you are feeling now as a reminder of where you want to be. You were doing so well before this weekend. Everyone slips up. Its like you were holding it all together then went mad and over did it.
