3/31 for me please. Thanks for wise words as always Honey Bear. Think I did sleep slightly better last night but will see how it goes over the month.
Good to hear Maman that returning to AFDs was easy after the holidays. I was ok too but have not hit the more difficult weekend yet so will wait and see how that goes and away all next week in a hotel - both times when I am tempted to drink.
Great to see so many others. Thinking of a whole year target thought I might try 185 - just over 50 %. There has been so much on the media this week about the impact of drinking especially on health when getting older I really must stick with this. Great to read of others too and the wealth of experience on here does help enormously so thank you.0 -
Morning all, 3/21 for me please.0

So, I'm going to do the rest of January plus 1st and 2nd Feb.
So 1/31 for me, Thank you!
What a good idea. I think there may be many who had a drink on NYE and thought they'd blown it so wouldn't bother. There has been so much on the media this week about the impact of drinking especially on health when getting older I really must stick with this.
What I've found interesting in media discussions is that along with Dry January discussions there have been calls to not stop there but keep on cutting down/giving up afterwards.
No plans to drink today.

Sorry I haven't been around so much - it's been a really busy Xmas and NY.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
