ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

9/15 AFDs today and a Personal Best for the 10k :-)
Way to go Barny! Hugely well done.6/15 for tonight please.
You and Barny seem to quietly just get on with it Debjay. Your numbers over the past few months have been racking up as well. And not quite sure what my I pad and/or the forum is doing but I thanked a lot of threads and then they seemed to disappear.
I'm not at all sure what's going on Maggie. I'm subscribed for daily updates on this thread and never seem to get them any more.
Missing Maman's cheery posts.
13/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -

I've noticed you haven't been sounding your cheerful breezy self since you got back from holiday Maman. I think if a couple of squares of chocolate when you feel the need are helping you find your equilibrium, then you should have them. And it would seem to me that if anyone's struggling a bit at the end of November, December if quite likely to be an uphill struggle. Hang on in there.
Thanks for your perceptiveness and your concern HB. When I came back from my holiday to a chest infection that took a couple of months to get rid of it left me feeling really low. I'm also trying to rethink what I do with my time as I find it difficult to find a happy medium between working too hard and doing nothing! Mindlessly slobbing on the sofa with a glass of wine is NOT an option!
I did drink over the weekend, as planned, but very mindfully especially Friday and Saturday.
No drinking tonight.

Thanks HoneyBear. I don't post much as busy in RL. I've only set small targets for November and December as away in November and too many events in December. Planning on Dry Jan and Feb until my birthday in March. I'm full of admiration for you being AF though :T0 -
