5/10 today please. Struggling a little and looking forward to a drink tomorrow night and Saturday then hopefully AFD Sunday onwards. Might have to buy some chocolate though to have as a 'treat'. Sadly can't seem to feel the same way about a lovely piece of fruit or something healthier :o

2/10 for me for tonight. Slept amazingly and had a spring in my step today too.

Maman, couldn't resist, sorry for the
Lulabelle good luck with your work do - mine's tomorrow too.

Funny how the healthy treats don't entice us in the same way, MaggieM.

    Sleep well everyone.
  • Not AF tonight but then never intended to be. It was DS birthday and we had lamb shanks, yorkies, roast pots and cauli cheese followed by chocolate cake and wine for the over 18's. Planning to spend at least the next 48 hours AF

I also hope to keep posting HB as it does help so much.

It's certainly been a massive help in keeping me on the straight and narrow, Maggie M.

Thanks for that maggie. That is my intention but I'm finding it a struggle. I'm blaming Christmas because as things are getting more festive I keep fancying a drink. Last night I rewarded myself with some chocolate (haven't had any for weeks) as I figured a few calories there were better than wasting an AF night. So declaring for Tuesday and tonight.

I've noticed you haven't been sounding your cheerful breezy self since you got back from holiday Maman. I think if a couple of squares of chocolate when you feel the need are helping you find your equilibrium, then you should have them. And it would seem to me that if anyone's struggling a bit at the end of November, December if quite likely to be an uphill struggle. Hang on in there.

Welcome back Scatterbrain! Good luck with your personal challenge - you're certainly on the right track and 60%+ is quite an achievement already.

Thanks for keeping score, Shaggy, and I love, love, love the Target Achieved smiley. 9/31 please.

Morning all, 7/21 for me and in addition I have reached 200 days this year, which is the goal I set myself right at the very start of the year, so chuffed with that. :)

Also, the less I have drunk as the year has gone on, the less I have wanted to drink, and I'm pretty happy with that too.

That's amazing, well done you. I don't know what I have done as haven't added up. But its great to hear the results have helped you to reset yourself!!

6/17 for me please. I can't remember if I am doing 17 or 18 this month. I usually set 18 so not sure why i'm thinking 17.

Looking forward to a glass or 2 max of wine tonight. Haven't had a glass since Saturday and its been a long, stressful and busy week. Looking forward to chilling later and enjoying a xmas film, maybe Love Actually.

    Happy weekend everyone.
