Confirming 1 tonight and actually my joke is also exactly what happened last December when I looked back.
I'd like a target of 10 for December so 1/10 for me please Shaggy. And thanks for all your efforts scoring for us all. Thank you very much.0 -
Good morning everyone,
6 AFD please Shaggy.
Arkers x0 -
Morning all, 7/21 for me and in addition I have reached 200 days this year, which is the goal I set myself right at the very start of the year, so chuffed with that.
Also, the less I have drunk as the year has gone on, the less I have wanted to drink, and I'm pretty happy with that too.0 -
I found myself going:eek: then realised you were joking wbf.:D
Welcome scatterbrain. Sounds like your GP gave you just the kick up the bu* you needed. You're doing really well.:) I'm sure Shaggy will add you to the list later.
Last night was easier but with the aid of chocolate again. It's only 2 squares of 70% which I'm a bit disappointed about as I thought I'd kicked that but if it gets me through December's temptations then I can live with it.
No plans to drink tonight.
4 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
