Thats it for me for Feb
Feeling great about hitting my target and whilst its nothing compared to some on here its remarkably more than I achieved the whole of last year (and many years before that
)
Onwards to March now
Have a great weekend everyone0 -
One more day for a full month...
27/25. 2018 totals:
Savings £11,200
Mortgage Overpayments £5,5000 -
19/20 for tonight please.
Well done to everyone for February but especially to Alex :T0 -
Been the longest Feb ever for me but 21/21 AF today!
Can I please set March target for 21 days, was tempted to go back to basics and do 31 as I find it easier to not have to question whether I drink or not, but think would be setting myself up to fail!0 -
I'm pleased to say I got an extra AF day in today.
So 11/10 AFDs for February please Shaggy.
I've had a few (planned) drinks out on Tuesday and Wednesday and enjoyed them so almost decided to drink again today and start again in March BUT I didn't!:j
Many congratulations for each and every one AF day achieved this month. I know my targets are low but I know, compared with the sensible amounts of controlled drinking I do in between I'm achieving what I set out to do. I hope you're all equally pleased with your own achievements.0 -
I am really going to try for 10 in March. Third time lucky.Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0

Happy Friday Folks :grouphug:
Well I did it...I went AF last night!! Yes I had the ole, will I, wont I debate in my head and finally said - no you are stronger than this :dance:Shaggy's stop button, my cold bath visualisation and a lovely clear head in the morning won over:j
So to end the month I will have achieved 12/20 cause I know tonight will not be AF BUT on the non-AF nights my wine intake has been reduced and controlled:p (well most of them)
Congratulations to all those who made or surpassed your targets (especially Alex) and to those who like me didnt but are more drink aware - I think that's a battle in itself!!
Have a fantastic weekend :happylove** When a woman says 'what'? its not because she didn't hear you. She is giving you a chance to change what you said **This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
