A failure tonight due to a combination of boredom and a bad day at work so I suspect that with 2 days of the month to go that I will miss my target.0 -
5/12reporting back with only one more afd. Am trying to end the month on a positive. Was at gps yesterday she took my blood pressure which was fine, then asked me if I smoked or drank. No to the first, yes to the second. She strongly hinted at my weight being the result of my wine consumption. I know she's right. I really want to change my weight loss signature, but can't until I lose some:o. Made me determined not to drink last night, just a shandy with B*varia 0% which is really quite nice. Felt so much more positive when I woke up this morning. Off now to walk my four legged friend. Have a lovely day everyone.:TTotal weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. No more AFDs to report but definitely I can say Ive cut down and am more aware of the volume Im drinking :j
Last night I did a story telling gig in one of the small clubs in town :eek: it was my first time (and last...bucket list thingy) so there was no way I was going AF :rotfl:the evening was a success (thankfully) and I was also able to moderate my wine intake - yet feel that I had some dutch courage :j
Still on 11/20 Shaggy - I hope I can add another one tonight but I cant be sure just yet
