Evening Everyone,
I'm in the dreadful period where I could easily falter and drink. Didn't sleep well at all last night but made worse by the fact the cat is on day 2 of a diet and woke me up in the wee small hours as he rampaged through the kitchen trying to get into his own food cupboard he is so hungry. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I know how he feels most of the time!
From then on I was awake most of the night.
Have managed to incur penalty fines at my gym where my boozy antics have rendered me unable to attend scheduled trainer appointments or not cancelled within designated time. This is a "commitment" gym and similar set ups have previously worked well in disciplining me not to fall off the wagon in the past. It seems to take more & more these days to keep me sober.
Well done DizzyImp. I'm trying to find some of your discipline from last night re alcohol. Impressive weight loss NewMe
Thank you HoneyBear for your holiday wishes. Think I've snared it. :-)

Thanks Dizzy Imp. You're doing well yourself and hats off to you for a high target for this month :A. I usually do ok Sunday to Thursday as count them as school nights. Then try and stick to under 6 units on Fridays and Saturdays so 12 units in all. It doesn't always work out like this but I track things on the drinkaware app.
4/20 for tonight please.0 -
Is it only 20.45 hrs???
Sipping herbal tea.
And killed off 5 mins posting.

4/29 AFDs tonight (didn't get to post last night). I almost wavered as I was preparing dinner tonight, but talked myself out of it as it's way too soon in the month to slip!
1.5 lbs off so far, but I usually dip up and down day by day. Tonights dinner was turkey and mini sweetcorn kebabs with roasted cauliflower "steaks" sprinkled with mild curry powder - yum. Afters was a peanut butter and jam sandwich (better than a bag of sweets I guess). What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
3 and 4 AFDs for yesterday and today0

3/15 pls shaggy.
Feeling low this evening. Lots going on out of my control. Sometimes it feels nobody likes me, yet i try to be a good kind considerate person.
I will get over it, just busy and doing things alone a lot if the time doesn't help. Least i didn't drink tonight, i almost wobbled too but glad i didn't. My danger time is 5-7pm.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
Well done CuppaTea. That's my danger time too x.2/15 please Shaggy. Nice meal with friends and lime and soda did it. Should do that more often!I have borrowed from my future self

Right you lovely lot. Stop with the downers, 'cos you're all wunnerful peeps.
Cuppa Tea - sorry to hear you're feeling down and rude raspberries to people making you feel disliked. We loves ya :kisses:
ManPants - stay strong man. you can do this. You've beaten bulimia and are an ex-smoker. You have the strength and courage needed to succeed. You just need to believe!
New Me - fantastic weight loss hun. Well done :T My AF drink of choice is fiery ginger beer (they do diet versions) as its got enough punch to take the placeof alcohol, in my view. I know it's not everyone's favourite though...
Dansmam - good job with the soda! Damn fine try girl.
Satchmo - nowt wrong with a peanut butter sarnie (as long as it's crunchy - smooth variety is far too claggy round the choppers IMHO). Oh, and crusty white bread, right?
Lotstogain - regroup, reset and retry with us, sweet pea. We are here to support you on this difficult journey. {{{Hugs}}}
Debjay - as you wereSkool night's is a great way of keeping AF. Makes note....
I've run out of page, so sorry if I've missed anyone...Barney - you're doing great x
Honey Bear, where are you???? You're much better at this than me! :rotfl:
