Good morning all, 10/15 for me please Shaggy.
Not an AFD for me yesterday and I overdid it on the white wine - there is a third of the bottle left, some of which was used for cooking, but can't vouch for how much.I feel rather seedy and slept badly (also due to the heat). I must keep a better eye on how much I consume on days off.

That's not too bad for a drinking day cathy and if it's left you feeling rough maybe your tolerance is dropping. That's been my experience and I find it makes it easier to find the stop button.

16/24 AFDs today0

12/20 for tonight. Have struggled this week in the lovely weather. Had a BBQ on Tuesday and some cider. Then had another couple of drinks last night. Anybody else find it more difficult in the nice weather? I still think I'm on holiday and we've been back nearly 4 weeks now. It's not helping with the SW journey either. Still 1lb heavier than before my hols
Well done to everyone who is keeping on track :T0 -

The cold drink in the garden can be a temptation debjay but the hot toddy on a cold day or celebrating the end of a working day/week has it's moments too!:rotfl:
Like you I always let myself drink on holiday (and go off plan with SW too) so it is hard to get back to 'normal'. You'll soon see off that 1lb, at least eating salads isn't hard work in good weather!;)
I'm going out to lunch today and planning my first drink this month. It'll make a change to go somewhere other than the surgery or supermarket!
Unheard of to claim my 3rd smiley!

hi maman - thanks - even though I have cut back by a huge amount I still worry I may be drinking too much! But thanks for your kind words.0 -

Hanging my head in shame. I had a very heavy weekend on Fri/Sat last week, then managed 3 AFDs on sun/mon/tue, then "wine Wednesday" hit and I caved in the last two nights. That brings my tally up to 7/16 so far and I will be doing really well if I managed to get to 11/16, which is appalling bearing in mind I used to easily mange 4d/week AF.
Anyone got any ideas how I can stop myself getting so tempted mid-week? My downfalls are white wine and rum & diet coke, but its usually the white wine that gets me drinkingWhat goes around comes around.....I hope!0
