Afternoon :hello:
1 more AFD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Please can I join in? I am not sure quite what I want to commit to yet. I feel like I need to cut it out altogether at some point as one or two tends to lead to ... lots more. But I have got friends visiting and then am going to Glastonbury festival next week ... I don't know if staying a/f is possible.
I posted around December on DFW when I realised that my spending was out of control. I'm reducing debt slowly and generally stopped credit card spending but alcohol and food are the weaknesses. Looking forward to joining you if you'll have me!! Any suggestions for a starting point welcome ..
Welcome - you could just go Target Free (TF) for June if you like? What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. That's great. I'll go target free at first then.
So far I have done 6/13 A/F days but the ones with alcohol have been unacceptably heavy.0 -

Welcome Aboard! :-)
Use this forum to help you. We are all winning minor and major battles daily under our own individual wars. Sometimes reading through others posts is enough to give a boost to remain AF.
I wish you so much good wishes and well done for recognising that you have an alcohol issue thats on the verge of being problematic.
Herbal tea for me tonight whilst watching the Heathrow documentary. OH only had 2 large Gins so that too is a small blessing.
