What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

Have you tried "Myfitnesspal.com" to record your food intake versus calories?
Haven't tried that. I will have a look. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Well done on the weight loss Shaggy! That's a very quick time to have got back on track.
I've eat lots of marmite on toast so far this evening but am determined today will be another AFD. I said I would on here so I'm committed. The sunshine mad me wish for wine. Mind you if it rains I can probably find a way to make that a reason too.
My sleeping over the last two nights has been very different. I did not want to wake up this morning at all.0 -
It was my wedding anniversary yesterday, but despite being taken out for dinner, I resisted wine and stuck to Diet Pepsi. DH had a mojito and a huge vanilla milkshake topped with cream! To be fair, we did go to an American Smoke House, so the drinks were all super-size and there was enough pulled pork to feed an army
No alcohol tonight either, so adding another two to my total, making 5/30.0 -
Late call from me, 5/15 for me please.0

Hi Arkers! I've been on holibobs to Portugal, sightseeing and visiting a friend who stays with us when he's working over here, and meeting his wife and their new baby who had her two month birthday while we were there. Maman, if you hadn't told us about the tiles in Porto station we would have missed them as we arrived at a modern on so thank you so much for that. Everywhere we went AF beer was available, so staying off the booze couldn't have been easier - tiny restaurants, the hotel bars, supermarkets. It's just normal. Perfect.
10/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0
